We are a drop-in studio. You do not have to “register” for a specific class that starts at the beginning of the month and ends 4 weeks later. You may simply buy a package of classes and use them any way you would like until they are used up.

Privates:
Vega is happy to accommodate you for private lessons, whether it's to prep you for an audition, improve your technique, or just to have a one-on-one with your instructor to get you more in the groove.

Private Workshops:
We can also set up private workshops just for you and your special group! We commonly do Striptease classes for bridal showers, or bachelorette parties, or other special events you might have going on, but we can accommodate you for any dance format. Rate for Private Group: 60 minutes = $20.00 per person

 

Refund/Expiration Policies

REFUND POLICY:
There are no refunds given at the studio. All sales final. Vega Dance+Lab maintains that it is the responsibility of the student to determine at the time of purchase the number of classes they will be able to use and to ask questions about the expiration policy if they do not understand. If you are ill or injured, we can extend your package only.

EXPIRATION POLICIES:
Each package expires THREE MONTHS from the date of purchase, beginning January 1, 2007. (Packages purchased before Jan. 1 have the previous 6 month expiration still apply.)

WHY IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON THE PACKAGE? You get a discount for buying classes in blocks, rather than in singles.

The rates for blocks of classes demonstrates a discounted price per class, in exchange for purchasing the classes in larger numbers. The expiration for this discounted rate is 3 months from date of purchase. In order to qualify for the discounted rate, the student agrees to use the classes within the determined amount of time. Any unused classes after the expiration date will be deleted, unless the student pays for an extension (see section on extensions).

If you do not wish to have an expiration date on your classes, you may purchase them in any amount at the full, non-discounted price of $12 per class.

The general rule is that there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. However, if you have extenuating circumstances that you would like to have considered, please contact Evie Graham at evie@vegadancelab.com

EXTEND YOUR PACKAGE
Fee for extending your package: We can agree to extend your package for a new fee: $5 per group of 4 classes being extended. If you have less than four left, it is still a $5 fee.

For example, if your card expires and you have 7 classes left, the fee for extending it would be $10. $5 for the first group of 4, and $5 for the remaining 3.

Extensions are another 3 months from the date you purchase the extension.
