Vega Dance+Lab is an adult-based dance studio with classes offered in primarily hip hop, and also burlesque, jazz, lyrical and toning. Aside from owning the business, I instruct students in beginning and intermediate hip hop, hip hop cabaret, burlesque dance and personal fitness training. I’m told by many that Vega is the center of the universe. I agree.

Sugar Q Burlesque Club Director/Choreographer/Dancer Since 2007
Sugar Q is a group of 5 hand-picked individuals who perform in full-scale productions that run on a weekly basis for 2-3 months at a time. I arrange all music, themes, choreography, rehearsals, costumes, etc. We are currently running our production of “Spanktasia”, a loosely-based Disney themed burlesque show, which is receiving rave reviews by audiences and local publications. We are known for our humor and our cleverly constructed choreography.

Push Jones Hip Hop Company Creative Director/Co-Director/Co-Choreographer/Dancer since 2008
Push Jones is comprised of eleven dancers, focusing on hip hop. We are recognized for our clean unison with our movement. This is something I drive home at every rehearsal.
