Refund/Expiration Policies

REFUND POLICY:
There are no refunds given at the studio. All sales final. Vega Dance+Lab maintains that it is the responsibility of the student to determine at the time of purchase the number of classes they will be able to use and to ask questions about the expiration policy if they do not understand. If you are ill or injured, we can extend your package only.

EXPIRATION POLICIES:
Each package expires THREE MONTHS from the date of purchase, beginning January 1, 2007. (Packages purchased before Jan. 1 have the previous 6 month expiration still apply.)

WHY IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON THE PACKAGE? You get a discount for buying classes in blocks, rather than in singles.

The rates for blocks of classes demonstrates a discounted price per class, in exchange for purchasing the classes in larger numbers. The expiration for this discounted rate is 3 months from date of purchase. In order to qualify for the discounted rate, the student agrees to use the classes within the determined amount of time. Any unused classes after the expiration date will be deleted, unless the student pays for an extension (see section on extensions).

If you do not wish to have an expiration date on your classes, you may purchase them in any amount at the full, non-discounted price of $12 per class.

  • All class bundles have a 90-Day expiration! (90 days from the first use.)
  • The price break is a discount in exchange for agreeing to use the classes within 90 days.
  • If you can't use a larger amount of classes within 90 days, a smaller bundle might be best for you. Thank you!
